Visitor Centre
Located in the geographic heart of the Singapore Botanic Gardens where the old and new portions of the Gardens meet, this 2.85-hectare Visitor Centre heralds a new era of recreation and education in the Gardens by putting in place facilities and exciting plant displays for the enjoyment of visitors.

The Visitor Centre comprises a three-storey HQ building, which accommodates the new headquarters for the National Parks Board and a single storey Singapore Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre. Showcasing Southeast Asian architecture with expressive timber trusses and cedar shakes roofing, the Visitor Centre features linked walkways, a landscaped plaza, water cascades and facilities such as car and coach parking for visitors to the Gardens. Flanking the landscaped plaza is the Botanic Garden Shop and the Café les Amis. The Visitor Services Unit with its information desk is also located here.
